I Wanna See the Naked Porcupine, Mommy!
Half of the aftermath of a battle between a pit bull and a porcupine. The dog was sedated and 1347 quills were removed…mostly from its face. I wonder how many that porcupine had left? Hopefully, it didn’t run into another pit bull on its trip back home.

I’ve known a few pit bulls: they’re very aggressive and dangerous. This one learned a painful lesson, albeit too late.

Mitchel, not all pit bulls are aggressive and dangerous. It goes with the nature vs. nurture debate. Granted it is in every dogs nature to defend themselves but not to the point of being highly aggressive when unprovoked, that comes from how to dog was raised and the environment it was raised in. Hopefully you open up your eyes and realize how irrational you sound.

First off the dog probably tried to sniff the porcupine and the porcupine probably got scared and let him have it. Has nothing to do with being aggressive or not.

and i think that i agree, not all pitbulls are horrible, we have german shepards, and people think the same about them. but if the dog is bought up the right way, there should be no problem.

Ok so to all of you who think a pit bull is a problem breed. Look it up, they aren’t as bad as the media makes them out to be. It all depends on who owns them and how they are raised and trained. A Lab is just as dangerous as a pit bull. The only real difference is the fact that the pit bull’s jaw is stronger. So read up or shut up.
