It’s a well-accepted fact that construction in India is a bit of a slap-dash affair. Code…what code? This fella apparently feels safe from falling objects because of this piece of phone affixed to his head. But…I’ll tell ya…one slip of a screwdriver from 2-3 stories up…ouch!
