When Cops Try to Be Sneaky

I believe the law says that they need to be in plain sight (which seems fair)…but every cop is likely to have their own favorite “hiding place”. But it’s also funny when Joe Citizen takes the time to flash the headlights, or forewarn someone of the presence of a “stealth officer”.
